WELCOME TO THE SHEFFIELD PUBLIC LIBRARY

Located just off Main Street Sheffield Illinois, The Historical Sheffield Public Library is one of only 83 original Carnegie Libraries left in Illinois. The Sheffield Public Library is home to an ever growing collection of literary resources provided with a personal touch and inviting atmosphere to our community.

  We are giving our younger patrons the opportunity to WIN an Easter basket filled with new books, candy, and lots of other goodies.

Details:

  1. Open to children ages 0-11
  2. Child or legal guardian must have a Sheffield library card (library cards are free to residents who live in the village)
  3. Come in and checkout a book or DVD between now and 3/31 to be eligible to register for the basket
  4. Only 1 entry per child allowed
